i had the same problem but u should go every once in a while and get the sides of ur nose waxed they came off like hair....!How do you get rid of blackheads and veins on your nose?
put elmer's glue on your nose and wait for it to dry, then peel it off. that should help with blackheads, i don't know about the veins though, sorry!
ummm for blackheads u can use Clearasil or some blackhead control formula u can get a wal-mart...red veins? im not sure...ive never known anyone with veins noticeable on the outside of their noses
for the blackheads use and biore blackhead control product and for the veins try a collegen based cream it will help the skin plump and will eventually cover the veins...and yes a dermatoligist will be able to help!

good luck!
Blackheads are caused when dead skin and oil plug your pore. The pore stretches out and oxidizes thus causing the blackhead. Because you have dilated capillaries on your nose as well a non-mechanical scrub works best, such as 2% salicylic acid daily and a very gentle jojoba scrub once or twice a week. Blackheads need to be manually extracted but make sure your skin is well prepped first. A professional facial is best to get you on track. As far as capillaries, 20% L-ascorbic acid or vitamin K products will help strengthen and diffuse ruddiness. Good luck.
