How can i get rid of spots and blackheads effectivley at home?

I'm 13 and I have the same problem. It was really bead but now it is much better. I bought Clean %26amp; Clear and it really works. You wet your face and then massage the cream in hard, especially in the bad breakouts. Leave it on for about 5 - 10 minutes and then rinse of thoroughly. Use it morning and night and after about 3 days, you will notice a difference. This cream also prevents the breakouts and leaves your skin lovely and smooth. This doesn't block your pores!

If you get any rashes or skin reactions, then stop using it. You should do this for any cream the irritates your skin and then find another one.

Also, try to keep your hands off your face, cut down on the make-up, keep your hair tied back as much as possible and rinse your mace when you have been sweating.

Don't let these breakouts hold you back because you will regret it.

Hope this helps..........Rachel xHow can i get rid of spots and blackheads effectivley at home?
Acne forms when sebum (skin oil) and bacteria become trapped in follicles in the skin. Blemishes appear when these oils prevent the skin from naturally shedding which may be in the form of whiteheads, blackheads, pimples or cysts. Severe cases of acne will often leave indentations or scars on the skin.

im 16 and for the past 3-4 years ive badly suffered with them.. i think ive just about tried everything chemist's and shops sell and non of them work they just dry up my face

but it wasn't until i left school i stopped wearing make up and every morning and night i would wash my face with a normal soap bar that they have gradually disappeared,

the thing is to just stop wearing make up if you do and just use a simple soap bar or just make sure you cleanse and tone it will take ages mine did, well i still have a few now but my face is much better than before!

good luck
Wash your face with a simple bar of soap, no smelly ones (orange etc.).

Cover your face with a nice lather of it.

Wash it ALL off.

Clean and blackhead free in 3 days. :)
Try witch hazel. Any benzoyl peroxide in the house? The only other thing I can suggest is reading the articles on the subject at;

QUINODERM 2.5%,5%, 10% ABOUT THE SAME PRICE

It is prescribed by doctors but is available over the counter, it causes some skin peeling which is what it is ment to do. I have used it for about three months now and although I still get the occasional spot it has cleared up my skin like I would never have believed, it took about a week and I used both the face wash and the 2.5% cream with a moisturising cream OVER the top. NEVER get it near your eyes and if you use and eye cream put that on BEFORE using the cream. Also use white towels and make sure it has dried before going to bed as it bleaches EVERYTHING. BUT it does work. I have really bad skin (but never went to the doctor) then as I am a nurse I worked in a dermatology clinic for a few months and they use it alot, the doctor there recomended buying it as all the other skin creams can be quite harsh as they contain alcohol. Anything with benzylperoxide OR salacilic acid is what is prescribed by doctors as a topical treatment. I am 30 and have tried EVERYTHING. The only other thing that did work was Proactive and that is exactly the same as Panoxyl but a little more expensive. I SWAER it works IF you use it everyday.

Every now and then I take a day of, use a microdermabrasion scrub and then use normal moisturising cream but then the next day I go back to using the panoxyl. Hope you give it a try and I hope it helps!!
