Blackheads usually come from eating foods with lots of grease. Which I am from the south, and we fry everything. LOL. I use ';apricot scrub'; on my face in the shower, and then thru out the day, I use a daily cleanser in the morning.

What is the best way to get rid of blackheads from your face?
