How do I get rid of face acne and blackheads?

I really want to get rid of them. Can you please help me?How do I get rid of face acne and blackheads?
My suggestion wont get rid of it completely but it will definitely help. Get on a multivitamin daily routine. I started one 3 weeks ago and it has helped alot. Here is some stuff i found online:

Vitamin A - Strengthens the protective tissue of the skin and prevents acne by reducing sebum production. Acts as powerful antioxidant to flush out free radicals and toxins from your body which improves wrinkling and fine lines.

NOTE: Vitamin A taken at greater doses than the recommended daily allowance should only be done under qualified supervision, and should not be done by pregnant women.

Vitamin B6 - Controls premenstrual acne outbreaks due to hormonal imbalances. By metabolizing fats and fatty acids, vitamin B6 balances oil production in the skin.

Vitamin B5 - A clinical trial using vitamin B5 for acne (pantothenic acid) was successful. People with acne were given 2.5 grams of pantothenic acid four times a day, which is a lot! With moderate acne, near-complete relief was seen within two months. Cream containing 20% pantothenic acid vitamin for acne was also used in this trial.

Zinc - Clinical studies have shown that zinc supplements, as well as a vitamin for acne, also reduce the severity of acne. In one study, zinc for acne was found to be as effective as oral antibiotic therapy. People with acne should take 30 mg of zinc two or three times per day for a few months, then 30 mg per day thereafter. It may take up to twelve weeks before any improvement is seen.

Selenium - An antioxidant trace mineral that plays an important role in controlling inflammation associated with acne.

Chromium - Known to enhance insulin sensitivity, which, according to Murray and Pizzorno, has been reported in an uncontrolled study to induce rapid improvement of acne patients.

Essential fatty acids - These are strongly recommended for acne - 1 tablespoon of flaxseed oil, supplying the omega 3 fatty acids, (or the equivalent in grams in capsules - about 6g or 6 x 1g capsules) and 2g of omega 6, or omega 6 derivative oils, like evening primrose oil.How do I get rid of face acne and blackheads?
Remove dead skin cells regularly by exfoliating. Use a gentle scrub with natural defoliants like ground walnut shells, or use an over-the-counter chemical defoliant like salicylic acid or glycolic acid. Adding ground walnut shell to a thick moisturizer like cocoa butter can be effective too. Take caution, because over-exfoliating can actually increase the likelihood of acne by irritating the skin. Pat dry, rather than rubbing, since rubbing can cause irritation to the fresh skin you've just revealed.

# Use a good toner. Spray onto face or wipe on with a cotton ball and wipe off with a clean, dry cotton ball. This gets rid of excess cleanser and tightens pores. Good, inexpensive choices include plain witch hazel for normal to dry skin, lemon juice, or 3% hydrogen peroxide for oily skin. 70% ethyl rubbing alcohol can also be used for severe oiliness, but it can really dry out your skin and irritate it more. Some toners are medicated, and this stage is the best for using a medicated product if you're only going to use one medication.

# Bacteria in pores is one cause of spots. Reduce the amount of bacteria by using toners containing anti-bacterial agents like alcohol, peroxide and benzalkonium chloride, and by using creams that contain benzoyl peroxide (ask your doctor about benzaclin, with moisturizer if you have dry skin, as it works better than just plain benzoyl because benzoyl takes up to 8 weeks before improvement is seen) which kill bacteria as well as cause the skin to regenerate faster.
The best way for blackhead removal is preventing it from appearing. There are many ways you can do.

* Hormones are the major cause of overproducing sebum. Stress and food play important roles in the hormone levels. So, stress release is a good way for blackhead prevention. Diet is another good way: Always avoid too much intake of fat and junk food.

* Use a gentle skin exfoliant to remove dead cells from your skin, and keep the skin as clean as possible.

* Do not use harsh soaps, which may irritate the skin. Use only natural cleansers instead.

* Do a clay mask once a week for those with oily or combination skin. A good quality clay mask could help you to remove excess oil on your face, which is a cause of the blackhead.

* Avoid oil-based cosmetics and heavy make up, which could clog your pores and cause blackheads.

To remove blackheads:

* Use a facial steamer to steam your face for a few minutes. This helps you to open up facial pores, and expose the blackheads. Pat your face dry. Then, use a blackhead remover to remove blackheads. Place the hole of the remover over a blackhead, and gently press down. This will apply the pressure from underneath the blackhead, and pop it up. Then use an alcohol pad to clean it up to avoid infection. Avoid harsh squeezing or scraping at the blackhead. Excessive squeezing can damage the skin surround the pore and can actually increase the size of the pore, leading to more blackheads in the future.

* You can also use a pore strip. The adhesive action of pore strips can actually rip blackheads out of your face. Since most strips are medicated, this will ensure you don鈥檛 get an infection from the rather rough extraction. Use a facial steamer to steam your face first, and pat it dry. Then, just apply the strip to the blemished area, wait the prescribed amount of time instructed by the user manual, and rip the strip off, taking the blackhead with it.
Clean with an astringent, use good face washes, keep your hair off your face (it's very oily), and refrain from touching any break-outs (also oily.)

*Tooth paste dries blackheads out pretty quickly. Put a dab on the blemishes and see if it helps.

**NEVER, EVER use straight rubbing alcohol on blemishes. It strips your skin of much needed nutrients.
If you have acne dont drink milk, it makes it worse. Also i had a friend who had acne and she went to her doctor. She got some tablets and it went away.To get rid of black heads the only way is to squeeze them. Its painful but it really works. I wouldn't do it yourself though, ask your mum or a friend to do it. When you have squeezed them, then exfoliate so they dont block up again. Hope i have helped!!
You can try applying grated cucumber over the acne or pimples for fifteen to twenty minutes and then washing with warm water. Its regular use prevents pimples and blackheads. More such solutions at http://solutionsforpimples.blogspot.com/
