Do you know any home remedies for getting rid of blackheads?

I'm kinda low on money right now and i was wondering if you knew any ways to get rid of them around my nose and chin in a cheap way.

Using stuff around the house and such.Do you know any home remedies for getting rid of blackheads?
I highly recommend you to follow a routine ~ face wash, face scrub, toner, day cream in the morning, and face wash, mask, toner, night cream in the evening.

There is a wonderful face scrub called ';St. Ives Apricot Scrub. Blemish %26amp; Blackhead control'; that you can buy in Walmart that I use to help my face, and it really works magic! Or you can prepare your own clean skin care stuff at home.

I find that if you mix 1/2 sugar and 1/2 honey into a bowl and scrub the nose area then leave it for like half an hour then wash it off works.

I have done it myself alot.

It gets rid of a lot and makes skin completly smooth

Just be careful not to get it on any spots/zits because it might scrub the oil around and it will cause you to break out.
Steaming them is the best way and costs nothing.
steam your face using hot water

costs nothing

Get some soap and water and wash your face well, and stop eating greasy food.
toothpaste, lemon juice and sugar as a mask, shampoo with zinc. Witch hazel
To get rid of your blackheads, you need to work on them from the outside and inside of your body. There are several home remedies that you can use to eliminate them. I would suggest that you drink plenty of water, cleanse your skin with a natural, anti-bacterial soap, and scrub your blackheads with baking soda, lemon juice, oats and water. Blackheads develop when trapped sebum and bacteria partially open to your skin鈥檚 surface. The spot turns black because your skin's pigment, melanin, reacts with the oxygen in the air to create a black, crusty bump.

The natural home remedies that I suggested worked okay for me; however, I would also suggest that you try a natural, exfoliating face or body scrub. No More Shame Acne Eliminating Facial and Body Scrub, made by Beauty 4 Ashes, contains 15 acne eliminating essential oils that penetrate your pores and gently lift blackheads. It is far better than Proactiv, which works in spurts. I am pretty certain it works so fast because of the essential oils in the product. Essential oils are higher powered and more effective than any acid or peroxide created in a lab. They are extremely potent and not harmful to your skin. Furthermore, they actually help to balance sebum without making your skin oily. This will help your dry skin.

I really haven't used or seen anything like this before. But, since I have been using Beauty 4 Ashes No More Shame products, only rarely do I get a blackhead or whitehead. My scars are gone too and my pores are smaller. You can buy it online at www.discoverb4a.com.
go to the nearest wal-mart and spend $3 its a face pad thing I know the cover is red... I dont know what its called but its only like $3.15 total
Place a wet, warm facecloth on the blackhead area for a few minutes. Then, wrap tissue around your fingers and squeeze them out. This is what they do when you get a facial.

The trick is to prevent them from coming back.

1.Don't touch your face with your hands during the day.

2.Wash your face with a warm, sudsy facecloth morning and night.

3. Use Neutrogena AHA (alpha-hydroxy acid) face lotion.
put apple cider vinegar on before you go to sleep. It will take a few times, but the reslut is great! it tightens your pores and gives you a beautiful glow.
This sounds ridiculous, but I tried it and it worked!!

Cover the area in PVA glue (make sure it's washable) and when it dries slowly peel it off. If you do this two or three times your skin will be clean, smooth and black head free...

It does hurt a bit though so be careful -x
first of all, you have to cleanse your face first....then pour a hot of boiling water in a basin.... cover with towel and let the steam on your face for 15 minutes....this will help to open the pores and easier for you to squeeze out the blackheads...... followed by the mask suitable for your skin..... good luck !
try pore strips, they get rid of blackheads really quickly and aren't that expensive! or try tea tree oil, its a natural antibacterial remedy and really works on spots and stuff!!!!
Well i am not really sure of home remedies but i know another rather cheap way.Well i myself often have this problem, and Ive tried many ways even facials, its effective but sometimes too costly. The best way to get rid of blackheads the cheap and safe way if using the biore cleansing strips pore pack.Ive used it and trust me,it works :).
TRY A FACIAL, WORKS REALLY WELL. OR BIORE HAS THESE THINGS WHERE U PUT THEM ON UR NOSE AND AND THEN RIP THEM OFF AND THE BLACKHEADS AND JUNK COME OFF
Apply a paste made of ground radish seeds and water on affected areas, the effect is magical.

Mix glycerin soap, fuller's earth and almond powder in 2:1:4 ratio with boiled water to make a paste. Apply this paste on the blackheads.

Apply paste of fresh fenugreek leaves mixed with water on the face every night and wash off with warm water in the morning to prevent blackheads.

Apply paste of roasted and powdered pomegranate skin with fresh limejuice over blackheads

.

Wet cotton in warm water mixed with Epsom salt and iodine. Dab them on blackheads to loosen them.

Use green tea as a face scrub to loose blackheads.

Mash drumsticks pods and leaves. Mix it with fresh limejuice and apply on the trouble spots.

Combine 录 cup of hot water with 1 tsp of Epsom salts and 4 drops of iodine. Mix well and let it cool until it is lukewarm. Dip cotton ball in to the mixture and apply on the affected area. When the mixture dries, remove it gently with a washcloth.
Those Biore nose-strips are cool! My fiance uses them aswell and he loves 'em LOL. Problem with them is they're about 拢8 for a pack, but are you THAT broke? Other than that there are some really cheap generic face scrubs in the supermarkets and stuff.
I tried this awhile ago: Take 1 egg and seperate the egg white into a bowl. (throw out shell and yolk) Then I took 2 cotton balls and placed it in the egg white and let it soak in for a minute, and then stuck the 2 cotton balls on my nose. Let it dry for about 15-20 minutes and then take it off and you will see white long things on the cotton balls .. which is the black heads. Mine were really bad so it took about a week to get them all out but this worked!

To make this more effective: run your nose under hot water (not too hot where you burn yourself!) .. this will help open your pores, and then do the egg thing, then after the 20 minutes wash with cold water to close the pores.

I was surprised that it worked, and its cheap! We all have eggs in our house! LOL

Hope that helped!
Rub a baby's wet nappy on your face. Make sure its not brown wet.LOL
