The best thing to use for them isnt actually a cleanser. Try Clear Pore Strips by Biore. You can get them at Wal-Mart. You just wet your nose, put one on, wait, then pull it off. I would try proactive. I use it and it works great for me. I know those commercials are cheesy but they are true. But proactive is pretty high.

i think clean and clear has a blackhead cleanser cream, you can probly get it at walmart. i haven't actually tried it, but it probly works, i have something else from clean and clear and i like it.
Biore anti-blackhead warming cleanser. i ahve them all around my nose and this works like magic,
proactiv cleanser or an exfoliating scrub with salicylic acid.

go to basic clean your face with mild soap and water.Preferably, warm water to open the skin pores.Then,wipe the face with clean towel and apply moisturizer.Do not touch the face with hands until your next cleansing. Do cleansing 3 times daily.
Try the panasonic pore cleanser. I got one for my daughter online at the discounty beauty products gift wagon. She loves it, and it is handy for her to take with her to college.

I was just going to recommend the strips too. They are incredible - after using them, if you hold them up against a background, you can see all your little blackheads stuck to it like fine hairs. Its gross, but cool.
It can be a little uncomfortable to take the strip off, but done slowly and gently, it is bearable! Whilst your skin may feel a little sticky afterwards - it also feels smooth..........
