What is the best medicine for getting rid of blackheads?

I have those under the skin blackheads and some on the surface and i have been using Neutrogena products for a long time but i don't see a change. If i try switching to another brand it doesn't work on my face, it only makes it red. What is the best medicine for getting rid of blackheads?
Go to a dermatologist, they can help you. You may have a skin condition or simply need to change soap.

cheers. What is the best medicine for getting rid of blackheads?
Blackheads have to be removed. They can't be dissolved by medication. Try steaming your face (which you can do with a towel and a bowl of hot water). Then remove by gently squeezing. Or, use the blunt end of a needle - gently press the skin right beneath the blackhead and then scoop it out. A helper or a magnifying mirror is helpful.
get one of those scrub pads. they sell them around the sponges and loafas. use that you need something that is a little stronger to get into those pores
There are thousands of answers but none of them work actually.
I used Neutrogena and didn't like it. It made my face dry, red and irritated. I think they use harsh detergents in it!

When you have blackheads, don't pick them. Wait for them to come to the surface, then cleanse them gently and eventually they will fall out. Sometimes it can take a month or two for them to come to the surface.

One thing that has worked for me, believe it or not, is a Lipton's tea bag! It has some kind of acid in it that draws out pimples. Make a cup of hot tea and press the tea bag to your face. It works quickly with whiteheads, but you may have to keep it up for a few days to get rid of blackheads.
An ideal mask that extracts dirt and oil from clogged pores can be made by using orange peel and yogurt. It also opens up the clogged pores that cause acne and blackheads.Clay masks used regularly helps pull out trapped oil and dead skin.Check out http://useinfo-blackhead.blogspot.com/ for more useful tips to control blackheads.
