Get a good exfioliator! A good scrub will clean off the blackheads.

Blackheads are caused when sebum (the skin's natural oil) collects and hardens in the pores. The congesting toxins that are being expelled through your skin from the blood and lymph fluid combines with sebum creating a pasty glue. The exposed tip becomes oxidized and black, hence the name - blackheads . Oily and combination skins are most susceptible to these. The skin's most dense oil glands are located in T-zone. That is why there you get the most blackheads. What is the meaning of ';blackheads'; and how do you clean them when they collect on your face ?
I just read your profile, and you claim to be a model and yet you dont seem to know how to take care of your skin and ask here?

Now that sounds odd.
i dont use chemicals.. leave warm wet towel on your face for 15 minutes or more then wash your face with mild soap....
'Blackheads' are caused when the natural oily secretions of your skin, which give your skin and hair its suppleness, collect and solidify in one of your skin's hair follicles. As this builds up, it reaches the surface of the skin and, on exposure to the air, turns black in appearance. This may be accompanied by a small swelling around the area.

This is generally due to the increased production of these oils during puberty, rather than any uncleanliness or poor diet, and reduces after your teens.

Good treatment involves using an exfoliating scrub and/or an acne cream which helps dry out the skin around the affected areas. This will also make it easier to remove prominent 'blackheads' by gently squeezing the surrounding skin, or by using a small tool available from pharmacies.

Removal strips, such as Bior茅, can be useful on prominent areas such as noses, but should only be used with caution on young skin, as frequent use can damage the skin structure.

Your local pharmacist can offer the best advice on what creams and similar products are most suitable for you yourself, as different products suit different people.
black heads are pockets of oil clogging your pores. You can use cleansers and and masks made special for that problem (we all have them) If it is a chronic problem I would suggest Pro active. Don't squeeze the blackhead out because that can cause scarring.
Soap %26amp; water
I use rubbing alcohol on my chin, nose and forehead area before bed each night. You can squeeze them or use a needle to prick the surface and release the trapped oil, but you will have to scrub daily to keep them away
