Anyone know how to get rid of blackheads naturally?

I have serious blackheads on my nose. And I've tried everything pruct-wise to rid of them. All of them have mademy skin flare up. So i've decided that I need to do something natural. So if you have any suggestions that you know work they are welcome!Anyone know how to get rid of blackheads naturally?
Get some extra virgin olive oil. Yes the kind for cooking. Pour a few drops in the palm of your hand %26amp; use fingertips to smooth over your nose or wherever you have blackheads. Let it sit on your face for like 3-5 minutes. Then use a clean dry white cloth %26amp; wipe the oil off your face. There will still be olive oil residue on your face but we'll get to that. If you can stand it; remove/ extract the black heads manually with your finger nails. Don't scratch them but squeeze out the matter %26amp; wipe it away with tissue. Once you have removed all you can this way, go ahead %26amp; take a hot shower %26amp; clean your face as you normally would. When you're out of the shower rinse your face again with very cold water in the sink. Blot dry.

If you are the type of person that believes that only professionals should remove blackheads then at least go to an ';extractionist'; at a day spa instead of a dermatologist. Dermatologists get paid to treat problems not cure them. If they taught you how to take care of your own skin what would you need them for? I personally don't believe that we need professionals to remove dirt from our skin. LOL

Don't use the 5min olive oil treatment everyday, a clean cloth with very warm water once in the morning %26amp; once at night will should keep your face from flaring up. Olive oil also makes a great makeup remover, but if your worried about acne %26amp; black heads then you should let your face breath without cover-ups for a while.

Good Luck

Blackheads appear in the skin when pores get clogged up. It is easier to prevent blackheads then to get rid of them. Try these things:

1) Wash face daily with a mild cleanser and warm water. Do not use bar soap on face because it can clog pores.

2) Gentle exfoliates to remove excess skin so they don't clog up pores.

3) Don't use make up on skin that is prone to blackheads. If you do use a hypo-allergenic brand.

4) Don't pick or squeeze them, as this will cause inflammation and only make matters much worse.

If you use over the counter treatments try finding ones that contain benzoyl peroxide or salicyclic acid.

Clay masks can also prevent blackheads, but don't use ones that have mint or peppermint.

A good product to use on exisitng blackheads and to prevent future blackheads from coming is one called acnezine.
Toothpaste is supposed to work I tried it but I was a little too excited and put too much on woke up in the morning and I had burnt my skin because it has acid in which burns away at the skin.

The best thing I ever found was some Acne guide on the Internet although it didnt help unless you put the advice in to practice I did see a noticeable difference in a couple of days.

Might be worth a try

An ideal mask that extracts dirt and oil from clogged pores can be made by using orange peel and yogurt. It also opens up the clogged pores that cause acne and blackheads. Check out http://useinfo-blackhead.blogspot.com/ for more useful tips to control blackheads.
