Here is a simple way to remove your blackheads
You will need
1. baking soda
2. water
3. facial cotton
Step 1:
Mix 3 teaspoon of baking soda with 3 teaspoon of water together.
Sept 2:
Dip the facial cotton inside the baking soda water.
Sept 3:
Apply the wet facial cotton on your nose area, wait for 5 minutes
Sept 4:
Take of the facial cotton, and rinse your face with warm water.
Notes: if you don't have the facial cotton, you can get any cotton pads.
you can buy the facial cotton that i used at Any drug store or at Sally's beauty supply
Finally, You will see a lot of blackheads are gone!
Make a solution with half bicarbonate of soda and half salt, every morning and night get some on your hand add a TINY bit of water then use as a face scrub. The salt disinfects and balances the moisture level while the bicarb cleanses (make shure you take it strait of again or it could be harm full to your skin!)
Also, if you are using hot water to open them, make shure you splash your face with cold water afterwards to close the pores so you don't get even more!
Make sure you drink recommended amount of water each day. A small cup every hour or so will help.
Don't use creams they will make it worse.
Saunas, hot showers, hot baths, fascial sauna, humidifier. These should all help too.
Yoghurt, milk, and products with calcium may also help your skin in general.
There has been a lot of scaremongering about salt in the media in the last 5 years and more. I would say not to purposely cease all salt intake because its my belief that having the recommended amount of salt each day can be a very good thing and will help your body with the fluids you intake and will also help your skin. Too much or too little of anything can be a very bad thing IMHO.
people say cream..... or advise not to pop them because it may cause scarring but i studied beauty therapy and the only real way is to steam them and gently pop them out with the tool or if there really stubborn put tissue over your 2 fingers and pop them..out i cant stand blackheads and im addicted to popping them....
try sugar , or salt witch ever works better with your skin.
put some of it in a small plastic bowl , and pour some lemon juice over it , mix it together and applt to your skin , after about thirty seconds , rinse it off
(p.s what tool did you use , cus i might wanna try it)
1. Apply tea tree oil to them 3x per day....within a couple of weeks....it should raise it to the surface where you can gently press it out without enlarging the pore.
2. Get a prescription for tretinoin.....it takes a few months to work and is extremely drying if you can take it.
Blackheads are just pores clogged with dirt. I recommend Clearasil Ultra Deep Pore Treatment Pads. Use them on the areas that need attention, then use a non-oil moisturiser. Works like a charm for me (: x
try deep cleansing pore strips it pulls them rite out!
after you shower use them cause your pores are open
it works wonders for mex3 espically for my nose
Go to a hot country with high humididty and sit in the sun for two weks for an hour a day, Sqeeze them or stop eating fatty food an keep fit.
Clay masks used regularly helps pull out trapped oil and dead skin.Check out http://useinfo-blackhead.blogspot.com/ for more useful tips to control blackheads.
