How can i get rid of blackheads on my forehead?

I've had blackheads all over my forehead since I was little. Is this do to poor hygeine? I do a lot of sports, so could the sweat be clogging my pores? Also can you recommend any skin creams?How can i get rid of blackheads on my forehead?

If you have bangs or hair in your face that could be it. As soon as you get home from sports you should wash your face so the bacteria doesn't clog your pores. Try and look for a mosturizer for acne or that is oil free.
